Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want to guarantee that users have an extraordinary experience with The Heady Chimp. The Heady Chimp support team is here to help you answer any inquiries and investigate any issues.

In situations where you might want to return any product purchased, please carefully read our policy.

ORDER DELIVERY

When your order request is in stock, we will charge your credit card, and the product will be sent within five business days directly from the drop shipper from whose shop you placed the order. The drop shipper will notify you and give you the applicable tracking information within 24 hours of your order request leaving the distribution center.

You must notify us prior to shipment of your product if there are any special delivery instructions.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not issue any refunds or exchanges once the correct product has been received by the customer, subject to the provisions of the next section

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be totally happy with your order. Only the drop shipper fulfilling the order can cancel an order. If the drop shipper cancels an order, we will issue a full refund.

You may also be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

1. European Union Right of Withdrawal

Buyers in the European Union (EU) may be entitled to a 14-day “right of withdrawal” after receiving an item, during which they may return an item for any reason. The details of this right vary by EU member state. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom items or certain perishable goods. Rights with respect to digital items vary by EU member state.

2. Non-Delivery

A non-delivery occurs when a buyer places an order but does not receive the item. The following are examples of non-delivery cases:

  1. There is no proof that the item was shipped to the buyer.
  2. An item was not sent to the address provided on The Heady Chimp.

3. Not as Described

An item is not as described if the buyer can demonstrate that it is significantly different from your listing description or your photos. The following are examples of not as described cases:

  1. The item received is a different color, model, version, or size.
  2. The item has a different design or material.
  3. The seller failed to disclose that an item is damaged or is missing parts.
  4. The buyer received the incorrect quantity of items (e.g., the buyer purchased three items but only received two).
  5. The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.
  6. The condition of the item is misrepresented (e.g., the item is described as new but is used).

Any refund will be issued once the product(s) has been returned to the drop shipper who fulfilled the order. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, including unique bundling (kindly don’t rearrange or alter the product in any capacity).

We want to make sure your products are in excellent condition, yet in the case your product is damaged during transportation, please take a time-stamped picture of your product and email it to us at support@theheadychimp.com along with your order number. We will issue instructions to return it to the drop shipper.

Once your return is received and inspected by the drop shipper, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
